We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, offering easy access to theaters and shopping. The rooms were stylish and cozy, with little touches like wireless speakers and a window perch with breathtaking views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. We appreciated the lovely surprise of chocolate truffles and the efficient room cleaning. The shower water flow and pressure were impressive, far better than other places we've stayed at. we were very satisfied with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided here.
Although this hotel is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment, it did not greatly impact our stay. The temporary construction may be off-putting to some, but we found it manageable and it did not affect the overall experience.

The lack of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience, but the Nespresso machine was a great alternative for coffee lovers. However, as a tea lover, I missed having boiling hot water for a good cuppa.
The experience at the Nest rooftop bar was quite chaotic. We felt unwelcome and had a hard time getting a drink before dinner.

The location of this hotel was perfect - it was centrally located and close to shopping and the tube station. The staff were professional, helpful, and courteous, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the view over the city was absolutely stunning, adding an extra touch of magic to my experience.
One aspect that I didn't quite enjoy was the inability to open the windows or let in any cool air. It made the room feel hot and muggy, which affected my comfort during the stay.
